Aquatic Fitness

Aquatic Fitness Class: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am

This one hour class is ideal for people who desire to get in better shape in the comfort and weightlessness of the water. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy and their assistants will provide a pool workout that is tailor made for such a group. You will experience tremendous improvement in your conditioning, strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. There’s a likelihood that it will also improve any symptoms you might be experiencing as well. The focus of this aquatic fitness class is to stretch and strengthen the appropriate muscles needed to improve your posture, all while creating strong and functional bodies. This program is great for those who have past or present injuries and want to get in shape in a safe way.
