Haze Hernandez, PT, DPT
Haze received his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis on Pre-Physical Therapy in 2011. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from the University of Central Arkansas. Haze has an array of training in Physical Therapy including acute care, rehab settings, and even home health. Most of his experience and passion remains in the outpatient orthopedic setting. He enjoys the variety that he gets in this type of setting and being able to help a wide demographic of people. Haze’s particular areas of interest includes low back pain, knee pain, and sports rehab. In his training he was lucky enough to work under a McKenzie diplomat which specializes in the mechanical treatment of low back pain. This has afforded Haze with unique tools to treat low back pain. Haze is energized by the opportunity to use his particular skillset to better position clients to heal and decrease pain and in turn give them hope to return to doing the things that they love. Outside of work, Haze enjoys spending his time outdoors, particularly endurance cycling, but anything that allows him to enjoy the year-round beautiful outdoors.
