Sean Swopes, PT, DPT
Sean completed his undergraduate education at Cal State University of Fullerton, majoring in Kinesiology. He worked as a physical therapy aide while in undergrad, where he developed his passion for physical therapy. Sean completed his post-graduate studies at the University of St. Augustine, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy in May of 2015. He currently lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife and two young children. Along with physical therapy, Sean has a passion for the great outdoors. He actively participates in both road and mountain cycling. He prefers to stay on the dirt and you will likely see him on the trails or in a race most weekends. Aside from cycling, Sean enjoys many other outdoor activities, including hiking and running. He has summited Mount Whitney 4 times and is always on the lookout for the next adventure. Sean’s passion about the human body comes from understanding how the body can move most effectively. Sean truly believes that the key to successful aging is finding a way to continue moving. Movement is the ultimate key to a healthy life.
