Hip Rehabilitation Program
Our Hip Rehabilitation Program is designed to meet your individual needs of pain relief, improved function, and getting back to the things you most enjoy. Whether you are trying to avoid pain medication, recovering from a surgical intervention, want improved sport performance, or to increase your overall health and wellness, Physical Therapy is for you!
28% of the US population is diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis.
Physical Therapist work to improve mobility, strength, and power of your lower body. This is necessary to decrease the put stress on the bone credited by osteoarthritis. Building up a solid support system will help to avoid more invasive treatments, decrease use of medications, and give you your life back.
Consequences of not getting treatment:
Hip pain left unaddressed results in limited movement patterns which can increase risk of osteoarthritis, lost time from work, surgeries, disability, and depression. A small hip defect can be detrimental to the low back and entire lower body.
