Having grown up an athlete (gymnastics, water polo, and track), Billie always loved the idea of building a strong body. Many years ago she realized a strong body was more than just about appearance. She wanted to learn more how to fine tune strength training and understand how movement REALLY worked. Having earned her fitness certification through International Sports Sciences Associations, Bilie is passionate about helping individuals gain confidence through movement while utilizing a holistic approach. When she isn’t busy studying movement and the body, she’s blasting country music, at the beach, or on the couch cuddled up with the dogs.
