Edgar’s interest in the Health and Fitness began right before he enlisted into the service in 2004. Eventually, he would have become Physical Training Leader for his squadron. After an injury in 2008, Edgar put more emphasis on corrective exercises and became certified through Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). He knows that fitness and health are very holistic and that accomplishments in the gym will manifest into accomplishments in all other aspects of our lives. He excels at getting results while at the same time addressing injuries and working around physical limitations…to keep you safe. On top of that, he has a fantastic personality that everyone loves. Edgar is obsessed with nature and taking trips outdoors or traveling to national parks. When he is not out and about he is lost in the world of his current novel or searching for local adventures with his family. Edgar will admit that he occasionally (and shamelessly) indulges in a 90’s R&B jam session or binges on reruns of Friend’s on Netflix.
