Lina Ha
Lina was born and raised in Orange County and is passionate about helping others move better and live more confidently. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology from California State University, Fullerton, and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, with an emphasis on manual therapy.
During her clinical rotations, Lina was exposed to pelvic health and quickly realized the importance of supporting this often-overlooked population. This experience sparked a deep interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation, leading her to take the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation courses to work with the pelvic health community. She combines this specialty with a strong foundation in orthopedics to deliver personalized, whole-body care focused on education and empowerment.
Lina believes in practicing what she preaches and leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys participating in different sports throughout the year—a former varsity tennis player, she has recently started playing pickleball. In the winter months, she enjoys going snowboarding and stays active year-round through hot yoga and Pilates. Outside of movement, she loves cooking, music, spending quality time with family and friends, and caring for her dog.
