Come Check Out Our Back Pain Workshop

We see more patients for back pain and sciatica than any other ailment. It’s become something of an epidemic, and we want to help. That’s what drove us to hold a free back pain and sciatica workshop next month.
The best way to prevent back pain isn’t with physical therapy; it’s through information. This workshop provides you with the opportunity to learn more about the causes of back pain and what can be done to prevent it in the future. Here are some of the main points we’ll cover.

  • Biggest mistakes back pain and sciatica sufferers make
  • 3 most common causes of low back pain
  • 3 strategies to eliminate back pain for good

Sciatica frequently develops when your body becomes out of balance. As our society becomes more sedentary, our muscles atrophy, causing a lack of equilibrium. Some muscles begin to work harder, and others don’t work at all. The result of this imbalance is back pain.

Dr. Stephanie Levasseur and Dr. Haze Hernandez are experts on back pain and sciatica. They’ll be leading the course and taking you through all of the ways you can live a life free of ailments. The workshop is for anyone who has limitations because of pain. It might be that you’ve missed work or you just want to be able to pick up your kids again. This was the case for one of our clients, Mary.

Mary was unable to play with her grandchildren after experiencing pain that extended throughout her body. The symptoms of sciatica started in her back and ran all the way down to her foot. The pain was so significant that she couldn’t stand without needing a break after a few minutes. After her final session of physical therapy, she reported going on long walks without pain. She was also able to take her grandchildren to the playground and even get down to their level without any flare-up of symptoms.

We’re incredibly excited to host this event. Our end goal is to continually find ways we can improve our service and impact the lives of those in our community. This workshop is sure to be engaging, and I’m confident people are going to get a lot out of it.

The workshop is open to anyone, but spots are limited. The course will be held at our clinic on Saturday, July 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you or someone you know could benefit from this information, head on over to our website at www.InMotionOC.com to learn more.
