In the short term, poor nutrition can contribute to stress, tiredness, and our capacity to work. Over time, it can contribute greatly to the risk of developing many illnesses and diseases.

In Motion O.C.’s Nutrition Program has been developed to contribute to reversing that trend. It is engineered to educate, equip & empower you to develop a new lifestyle of healthy eating. We don’t promote a fad diet. We will help you actually make powerful changes that you can maintain. Our philosophy is centered on teaching people to eat food that God made, not food that man made.

Recipes:

Orange Muscat Champagne Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 4 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 TBS Trader Joe’s Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 TBS Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Sprinkle of sea salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a glass jar
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake vigorously
  • Drizzle dressing over your salad
  • Store in your fridge for 1 week
